2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (proprietor: René Münnich), Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been in place with the provider since 26 May 2019.
When you visit the website, the server processes your IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, referring page and information about your browser and operating system, insofar as your browser transmits it. The IP address is needed to transmit the website to you.
The access logs store full, untruncated IP addresses. The logs serve security and troubleshooting: they allow us to associate related requests and investigate faults or abusive requests. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and functional operation of this website. These log files are automatically deleted after 14 days.
3. Contact form and email
When you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide, particularly your name, email address, message and the time of your enquiry, in order to reply. The form also transmits the selected language. It sends the message to our mailbox at ALL-INKL; the form code does not create a separate file or database for this purpose. The message is stored in the email mailbox.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary for a contract with you or for pre-contractual steps at your request. We handle other enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is replying to your contact request. We delete the message once the enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. Where a message must be retained as commercial or business correspondence, the retention period is six years from the end of the year of receipt (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO); the legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
To prevent automated spam submissions, the form checks a hidden field and, when JavaScript is enabled, the time between loading the page and submitting it, in milliseconds. These details are transmitted only on submission, used solely to check the submission and neither included in the email nor stored permanently by the form code. The legal basis for spam prevention is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our interest is protecting our mailbox and keeping the contact form functional.
4. Server-side access statistics
Access statistics in German using Webalizer are enabled in the hosting account. We use them to assess technical load, troubleshoot faults and gain an overview of page requests and visits to the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interests are the secure and functional operation of the website and assessing its use.
Webalizer analyses the access logs on the server, including requests, files, pages, data volumes and visits calculated using IP addresses. No additional analytics script is loaded in your browser for this purpose. Access to the statistics area at /usage/ is restricted by directory protection.
The 14-day deletion period applies to the access logs; it is not a verified period for the statistics reports and working files generated from them. Their own retention period and deletion process have not yet been clarified.
5. Cookies and third-party content
This website sets no cookies and uses neither local storage nor session storage to persist data in your browser. Your browser may cache the website’s files. Scripts and graphics are served from our own server; no external fonts or content are embedded.
6. Recipients and transfers to third countries
We use ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (proprietor: René Münnich), Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf as our processor for hosting, access logs, statistics and our email mailbox. We do not arrange transfers to countries outside the EU or EEA for these processing activities.
7. Your rights
Subject to the respective statutory conditions, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) and the rights to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18). The right to data portability (Art. 20) applies to automated processing based on your consent or a contract. An informal message to the contact address above is sufficient.
Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR: Where we process your data under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then cease processing that data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. You may send an informal objection to the contact address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for us is Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz (the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate), Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany, www.datenschutz.rlp.de.
8. Provision of data and automated decisions
Contacting us is voluntary. The form requires your name, email address and message; without them it cannot send your enquiry. Alternatively, you can write to us by email.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, nor do we carry out profiling of this kind. The simple spam check may discard a form submission.
